Completed 2017-01-13 07:53:00 Database maintenance is now complete. Actual downtime: 11PM PST - 11:30PM. The previously communicated backup maintenance window of Friday 11PM PST will not be necessary. RaaS API errors observed during downtime include: "503: Service Unavailable: back-end server is at capacity".

We expect the API to be unavailable for no more than 60 minutes.During the maintenance you may notice performance degradation which may include 5xx system errors. If you have implemented incremental retry no additional action will be required. As always, we highly recommend you use the idempotent external order Ref Id to ensure no duplicate orders.If you do not have an incremental retry implemented you will need to initiate retries for all failures during the maintenance window.We will send out an all clear when the maintenance is complete.If we are not able to proceed with our maintenance Thursday, our backup maintenance window is Friday at 11PM PST.

Monitoring 2016-12-07 16:25:00 Between 7:12AM - 8:25AM PST we had an abnormally high number of order failures through RaaS v1.x and RaaS v2 APIs. The issue has been resolved and we are continuing to monitor at this time.
